I feel like such a sucker for being in some of these companies when I can control my money through trading. Made an easy 1% today shorting Tesla, while stocks I've held onto for a long time are down.

You know I look at technicals, but AMZN flew from just under 3200 to 3525, I was waiting for it to drop another 50.

People told me that when I bought the company 60 points ago. This should be at 300 already. Every time it gets to there, it gets shorted back down. Its a core position in Cramer's actionalerts. He says buy it now. And if it gets reapproval in China, he says thats worth 50 points...

For those that are following some of the recovery trades I posted a few weeks ago, I just placed GTC sell order at 90 for Live Nation. Its pushing an all time high, as the market looks past covid. I have no need to be in it past 90. Its already run in a few weeks back to an almost all time...

And yet LVS, LYV and MSGE are absolutely running. I'm selling LYV in $3.

Honestly, some of the recovery stocks are getting to the point they could be sold off. Live Nation is pushing an all time high right now. Look at the charts, some of them look like there's not much room to go. That was quick.

You already know this, but the best defense against manipulation is to be long. Normally, I follow what the big boys are doing and short, but I'm afraid the market will wake up one day and blast me out of position. Something to ponder though.

The only time I use a market order is if I'm day trading and the price is getting away from me. But realistically, I haven't used it in months. They always give you the worst possible price.
