You can interact with the league mechanic pretty safely (softcore tier safe) provided you are in an area that doesn't have a boss in it you'll have to fight. Juicing campaign bosses can put you in a situation where game is zero fun.

The last league launch that was complete non-functional garbage was Ultimatum so let's hope the Trialmaster isn't cursed.

If we're copying the main hand and don't need blades I wonder if there will be some merit to having something like an animate weapon/impale support two link on splitting steel champion. Every time a boss is monologuing or invul hold down Z and get a pack of extra impale stacks on the duder.

I guess minions can't use skills so you won't get spiders but I still think animate weapon is neat.

As far as totems go Shockwave Totem is some top tier shit.

I used Xevy's conc totem build as a template to do volcanic fissure totems the league they came out and while you can't see the fucking ground it does some big damage. Getting chieftan splosions would make the general mapping quite a bit better and it already had boss damage.

I was Divine Ire totems this league and while not quite as powerful as Shockwave totems it did big damage for a fraction of the investment while still playing pretty well. Any buffs to that skill are a-ok with me.
