Theres no trinity so no we arent tank heals dps based. There may still be ccing and what not (there almost certainly is) but not lock down tons of mobs indefinitley cc.

I'm really hoping that there's no instancing involved in these "earthquakes" that will shake up the underground tunnels and caves. The fact that they can rearrange and probably even re tier the underground without changing the overland world is pretty cool and a great way to renew content.

Absolutely no skill in hoping your spell doesn't break, and if your spell doesn't break you trivialize the content with splitting.

I'm hoping it's a situtation where if I play a cleric, i have my damaging abilities that im expected to use as well as maybe a few AoE heals to help the group. The combat would consist of everyone being responsible for avoiding all damage, but for the times they fail the cleric can lend a hand...

seems like it's not nodes but that one depth doesn't give something every time you dig. They show big blue crystals sprouting up at one depth and you probably need to be mining the actual crystal to get the resource you want vs just more mud that youve already farmed.

mob AI was off for those fights, and death penalty has not been worked out yet. Possibility for harder ruleset servers either way.

They have specifically stated that you Don't have to do quests for faction, as in there isn't a quest chain to do for the faction, and I don't think they mean mob grinding either.

If you gotta go places to find a specific piece of armor with a specific ability to improve your character that would be cool.

You can either have the world change permanently or you can not. Having the world change is better than not having it change. If you are on the server during the months that the rally call is happening you will have a chance to see it. If you aren't then you don't. Any compromise of that...

Anyone who wants to see the rally call will see it. If they join a few years later they can hear the stories and play the new rally calls. Just like late joiners don't really get to see old raid tiers as they were meant to be (challenging).

They say right in the video that the rally call lasts more than month you can't just miss it.
