Same here flushed the cache on both my phone/tablet then reset my routers DNS table, still fowarding to 8retardedfucks from phone/tablet...

You don't need Win10 for RTX extensions, people have been doing it on Java edition a few months after the first cards came out.. They've been working on it but actual mod support is a toss up right now, MC render engine is a mess with mods, cause every single mod uses a different rendering style...

But 1 thing too point out here... DECIMA was pretty much done when he got his hands on it, other then upgrades that both Kojima and Guerilla games have done sense then, I would expect probably more polish than MGV sense he was the only one working on FOX engine from what I've read..
