I'm getting "An unknown error occurred when you tried to join the server" messages today on all accounts when trying to log in. Anyone else having bother or is it that same shitty thing that happens with p99 sometimes that you just have to wait out? edit: nm, it was exactly the latter

Surely that's because anyone starting up casually wants to be at least reasonably self sufficient through the early stages? I was toying with the idea of a bard/wiz combo to pbaoe as many mobs as possible but went traditional instead.

So finally rolled up on this yesterday and spent a thoroughly entertaining afternoon rolling through 28 levels in crushbone, najena and sol a with a sk/sham combo. Thoroughly recommended for casuals!

How much fun is this server to get into casually if p99 has been the vast majority of my EQ experience? Getting that EQ itch again and having slain nearly every dragon I wanted to slay there I'm wanting to see some new content.
