No but if you have a game with local wireless multiplayer, like MarioKart 8, the Lite can connect (via bluetooth?) without Nintendo Online. Nintendo is really bad about labeling which games support this.

This is the parent preview for Sesame Street in 1969: Ernie eventually explains that Sesame Street is designed after what kids like most about TV--commercials. Old Sesame Street still seems ok. I draw the line starting with Elmo. I can't stand how he baby talks, and the modern show is too...

My son is 2.5. Curious George stories are some of his current favorites. They have decent narration and illustration he can relate to. Eric Carle stuff (Brown Bear, Very Hungry Caterpillar) is probably a little better for a 1.5 year old. A good Beatrix Potter collection is something she...

Not at the consumer level. Lisa Su (AMD), Roanne Sones (Microsoft), and Natalya Tatarchuk (Unity) are all pretty awesome to listen to at tech conferences, though. I know...not eye candy, and not your average consumer level reviewer. But they know what they are talking about.

GloFo is what AMD sold off between 2008 and 2012 in order to survive. Wiki says AMD has 12nm deal with them through 2021, but AMD's future with 7nm, along with whatever's next, seems to be with TSMC and maybe Samsung? Intel seems to do its 7 to 14nm stuff in house, between the US and Israel.

    Health Problems

No doubt sodium is vital, and I wouldn't be surpised if salt has very little to no direct impact on my hypertension. I generally suspect my problems are genetic and/or cortisol based. So at best the docs I see are usually treating symptoms and not the real problem. But that's why I'm meeting...

No salt, nothing processed, try to avoid eating out. That's mainly for bp. The cholesterol drug I'm winds up being too effective, so I'm actually ok with fat and cholesterol. The percentiles are kinda goofy. No doubt useful sometimes--noticing hydrocephalus or whatever, but half an inch bumps like 25 percentiles. We had one nurse constantly mis-measuring and/or misrecording. One visit she actually left notes for the doctor that our son's head circumference had...

I don't subscribe to brand loyalty, either, but there is some merit to 3dMark because the top scores are tweaked systems and competitive. IMO, 3DMark scores represent better uses of the hardware than the typical reviewer's.

Some AIOs don't come with the right fans for particular setups. If they are pulling heat off the radiator instead of driving air through, they need to make high static pressure. Pretty sure that requires the fan to have a deeper scoop, and I'm not sure the deeper scoops can be as quiet.

Been using since release. Tried 3700X, 3800X, and currently running 3900X with RTX 2080. All are stable and perform well. Early instability was mainly due to unready BIOSes and disappointed overclockers (these processors simply don't run all-core at max boost). BIOS refinements are still...
