I was more interested in learning if anyone has any insight to investing groups. You don't always need to fund a property yourself or with 6 figures. There are real estate investment groups where partnerships are formed to invest as a group.

What is the minimum amount to start investing in real estate then? I know there are investing groups so you don't have to fund 100% yourself. I have some money saved already and will be able to add another 10,000 within the next 6 months.

It's a very fun game but not really just a hack n slash. More like a hybrid of castlevania/arcade feeling game from an arpg PoV. Highly recommend it......

These are the same guys that made Titan Quest (when they were Iron Lore)...which was a very fun game. ARPG's aren't meant to be grinded forever like D3 is. I play through them a few times and then move on....which is what I am doing with PoE and what I did with Titan Quest.

The dungeons/encounters are trash. It's why most people quit shortly after level capping. The PvP is not good enough to stick around for and the dungeons are a huge mess. Deny it all you want, the holy trinity is needed in order to make encounters that push DPS/Gear/mechanics. Simply kiting...

I hated not having the holy trinity. Dungeons were just chaotic zerg fests of kiting/stunning/graveyard. Give me the standard tank/heal/dps model anyday.

After playing for a few hours and checking out the shops..this game is not as much P2W as past PW games have been. I will admit the foundry is pretty bad ass...someone made a Spartacus adventure and it was pretty dam fun...

I've played PW games in the past and they are all the same...nothing more then a giant on-line casino disguised as an MMO in which your character (or the gear usually) is the slot machine. I only wish I had the resources to develop such a game so I could retire early.

I really enjoyed Warhammer...it had it's problems but the concept of zone control, city sieges and opening up warfront/maps was pretty cool. Also, tanks had very cool features such as protecting people behind them etc......

Is there anyway to tell what a dungeon is goign to be before entering? My biggest problem right now is I will enter a dungeon and it won't have any color orbs that I need...or I have no resist to the types of mobs etc.
