I like the don't test them league. It was a running joke that ticket/food/drink prices were high enough for MLB players to do whatever the fuck they wanted.

My best friend is a pharmacist and not a Jon Jones fan. This is his take: I looked up the metabolyte last night. The longest time frame that I could fine for dectection was published in July of 2018. It stated trace amounts could be detected up to 10-12 months. However, the anti-doping people...

Jon Jones destroyed Cormier with just a trace of an illegal substance in his system. He has had super long lay-offs that have probably helped with head injuries etc. Alex will not bode well in the rematch. The VADA thing was only a recommendation. Why accept it and wake up at 5am to do a...

Jon Jones will not be partaking in the VADA recommendation of the CSAC. A lot of people don't like the fact that he won't but I have no problem with it. USADA caught some stuff twice now, and I'd only imagine if something ever happens again that's the end of JJ in the UFC.

Jon Jones had to go in front of the California Commission today. Apparently they have requested he submit to VADA in addition to USADA. The request was an on the spot request and Okamoto says it doesn't appear it was on Jon Jones' radar.

Man that a comeback by Shogun last night! Instead of getting finished with his back against the fence per usual, he does something else. Fucking awesome. Also the JDS win was also a highlight of my night. Tuivasa kept doing this thing where he was basically headbutting JDS when he was kind...

Project 1999 - Making Norrath Great Again

Hi guys, my friend has pretty much been running my account on P99 for a couple of years. I came back to their forums to make a post about my cousin passing and thought I'd do so here as well since so many of us come here for EQ news. My cousin, from what I know, roleplayed a female warrior from...

On a good note, there are no current interim champions in the UFC at the moment. To follow up the comments from earlier in the week about Overeem, he's arguably one of the top 5 guys in the UFC at the moment at that weight class. It's true his chin isn't top notch, but it never really has...

The weight discrepancy doesn't really matter. Remember DC ragdolling Josh Barnett? Lewis has a puncher's chance here and DC might be cocky enough to entertain standing with him but DC may even be too quick for Lewis on the feet as well. At least we know this one won't be going the distance.

I'm sure Conor learned a lot about Khabib and given how he handled himself in the rematch with Diaz after getting pretty much the same treatment, I haven't completely written him off. I don't really care what their next move is at 155 because it'll have people interested either way. Despite...

I don't think adding new weight classes / belts are going to make the UFC any more money. It'll just be more people they gotta pay more money to. They have got to break away from the PPV model. 6-8 PPV's a year would better but as often as guys pop hot on a drug test and fights fall through...

Mousasi is definitely one of the top tier guys. It's a shame he didn't get to face Whittaker while in the UFC. I think he could have been the champ, but MW is such a strong division I don't think he would have dominated for years or anything. Rory doesn't strike me as a top 5, maybe even top...
