You can't swap raid groups in combat in Classic, which is something that could be done in Vanilla. It's a big nerf to shaman and horde and should be fixed. I'd complain about it on the official forums but I am banned. I tanked for most of my dungeon groups, although it doesn't work as well...

When queues start at 25k there's a lot of room for improvement. Mine was only 8k when I tried to login today around noon!
