I appear to have chosen a good season to get addicted to One Piece. Reception of almost everything here is uniformly tepid. Also - wtf. Didn't know I liked non-HxH shounens.

Got Thief, Metallia, Zetta to about 25 mil stats/ 80 mil hp. Baal on normal mode still oneshots me 6 times over, but I can hurt him now! Nicked him for about 2% of his hp. We'll leave aside for the moment the fact that there's 4 of them, in addition to his minions.

We're about exactly at the place, power-wise. I'm sure I'll be Saging it up eventually, but I'm actually taking item world slowly and leveling up more characters. Once they've reincarnated once with maybe 10 classes mastered (only Sage and Metallia have mastered all) and get to like 2000 again...

I skipped through the entire story - there's somebody here that loves Disgaea stories (I forget who), but imo they're throwaway. The Nether editor allows you to move NPC's, so I moved the assembly and jailer npc's next to the dimension, chara world and item world npc's.

Shit dude. I mean I agree with you 100% that menus are important in JRPG's, but P5 has been at the top of my most wanted list for years now. The menu could have as its background an infinitely looping gif of Jeb Bush giving me a facial and I'd love everything about it.

Let me clarify: the enemies still need to be around your level. So just have the low level quickly solo maps in giant form and increase the difficulty or go to the next map as needed. Somebody can prohably chime in with something better, but I'm just wingin' it. Edit: later on I'd imagine...

If anybody's having trouble leveling lower-level characters, use a Professor to make them giant. They get a massive AoE with C scaling that'll otko most enemies. (The Professor can cast it on herself too).
