As of 4 years ago everything was in 2K in a Windows Media Codec. I've got a projectionist friend I can ask to see if anything is 4K now... but that would mean upgrading all the digital projectors in a theater and that's not cheap.
I saw Naked Lunch in the theater. There was a Cinefex magazine that covered the bug typewriter. It was horrendously expensive. Wonder if it still exists…

If memory serves this was discussed in Starlog Magazine. I believe they had to cut part of Lambert's death out since it was perceived that way.

Don't know if anyone looked at the comments but several people were mentioning that he may be in the beginning stages if Dementia so he's trying to work as much as possible until the inevitable end. He apparently had some issues on Glass and was seen wearing a earpiece for the play Misery. Hope...
He either bailed or there was a scheduling conflict (according to the press "release") during the shoot schedule. It initially sounded like negotiations broke down and then the cover story came out.
