My only problem with the vulcan is the obvious heatrate; it's great for 1v1 encounters but even with some points spent towards dropping the heat rate it's often lacking when i need it on 2 or more opponents. I'm really loving the Scout; once you get the actual Flak Cannon it's fantastic.
