Undead can play echowisp as well. Mono race decks are pretty terribly unless you have a ton of the good cards.

That jives with what I've seen trying to get in today, and also makes some sense from a networking perspective.

Gilg isn't fucked, game experience has been great on the server. Unfortunately, those who slept through last weekend and didn't make a character probably aren't going to be able to get on for a bit. Make a character elsewhere and transfer in a few weeks if it matters.

I tried making a Gilg alt and it said the server was already full, along with like 15 others. There is also currently a very small logon queue which took like 20 seconds to get through.

People who got into Gilg last weekend should have no problem... going to be rough on those who are playing for the first time now though. Regarding dungeons: the early ones are pretty faceroll, but it gets better.

Enjoying this a lot more than I expected. The strategy isn't really deep, but it is surprisingly fun. Glad I kickstarted it for $25, and at like 7 hours played it has already been well worth it.

Popped a character on Gilg while it was open. Fine with either server - Gilg having players a month from now is definitely an upside though.

Doesn't seem that bad, you don't really want your new players getting frustrated and quitting at lvl 15 because they suck too bad to do their class quest. Regular players can still feel a bit challenged and bads can make it through eventually... better than a brick wall for your new players.

Game appears to have gone open beta today and you can actually start to play it as a TCG. Supporters got their packs, and you can buy more. Or, you will be able to open/buy packs once their servers catch up. The cloud, how does it work? Even their webpage seems to be having problems.

Stores get more when they run out. Ours did at least.

TCG Mid is a pretty good baseline for trading, but pretty terrible for buying. Between various forums and ebay, you can get almost all cards at TCG Low or lower.

Ooze doesn't seem like it can get that high, since you can always get 1-4 of them for 10$ by doing dotp on steam/ipad.

Only banned in modern, and an FTV reprint doesn't affect standard. Jace is legal in legacy and vintage. Admittedly, Wizards is doing their best to kill of legacy so whatevah but there will be plenty of demand for an FTV jace.
