I've just been lane taxing a ton. Last season I never really had to lane tax anymore because farming the jungle kept you a decent level. Now though, sorry laners, if that gank fails I'll AoE smite the caster minions which usually 1shots them all, huehuehue.

Yeah. Seems dragon is much better to fight over early where as baron is more of a "let's finish the game" kinda buff. Although, the only problem I see with all these changes is that now early game snowbally champions are just so much more beneficial. It was already a problem before this patch...
