If you really want to no-brain ubers, Transcendence and full conversion of phys taken as ele is the way to go. Ruetoo has a couple PoBs for it. But it's a very popular build, I'm sure you can find a myriad of takes on it.

Yeah, I'm considering making block or evasion + spell suppression a requirement on all my builds. I'm not sure how reliable armor is since it doesn't cover elemental hits, but I'd still try to shove that in as well just for VMS. All subject to change next league of course.

30M Shaper DPS on maybe 10 exalts. Scales to 100M on 30 exalts(almost where my character is now). Has very good defense and sustain for mapping. Weak to elemental spell damage, which is a factor if not for ridiculous damage making the opportunities to be one-shot very limited. Ramblings...
