All of these are true and being totally honest there is a not insignificant number of mistakes made in the game yet I find myself logging in again.

You can only use basic attack when you have ancestral totem regardless of how many are out. Pyros if they allow it to work with chain/fork then it would be interesting. Still not as effective as any other dual totem build but interesting. That is assuming that it's second form would not link...

Wonder if/how it might work with chain/fork. Any dual totem HP fire build starting from marauder side should be good. Assuming it doesn't work with chain/fork/lmp/gmp then searing bond + spell totem + faster casting ought to be standard. Optional being fire pen., added damage, added burn...

This isn't a perfect solution but try going to the hard core or softcore shop section of the forums and look through the offerings on the first page (second page also during prime) and if you see anything you like just scroll to the top or the bottom of the post see the shop owners in game names...

Oh I am just to reckless for CI. On the few builds I tried I have double digit deaths using CI where I will usually have single digit deaths on my HP characters when I reach level 60 or so. High HP builds seem to be easier, CI needs high end ES gear and isn't effective til late in the game...

A couple of anecdotal things I noticed I created a game called full zone clears and the types of players that joined seemed to be higher quality then normal. Normal players aren't to bad but sometimes you get the X box experience. Also I much prefer HP build over Ci builds atm

Well there is no such thing as perfect security but if you use a totally unique Kee Pass password and generated key then it's highly unlikely anyone will get both. It is likely more then adequate security for anyone other then VIPs.

I've heard of numerous hacked accounts so I just use Kee Pass to generate a password for me unique to this game. Glad to see the regional auto lock worked on your account though.

This is one of the complaints of the game people want changed. They should add some sort of item filter or gem that filters items. Also the endgame maps are not in yet. I've heard there will be ten acts but I don't have a source.

This is true but like you I find adding in some additional skills can make my life easier. Molten shell can be pretty awesome for when you get surrounded. Skeletons + totem for meat shields or Spectres for adding damage if you have the extra skill points. It is easier to rely on a few skills...
