Mechs must be made "Unstable" before you can knock them down. They can't go from an empty stability bar to Knocked Down in one salvo. If you look at the mech's stability bar, there's a divider there to let you know when the mech will become unstable, and there's talents to increase it.

I agree. I'm running two tanky up close with 2xAC/20's and SRM's, a sniper/lrm highlander using a gauss rifle, and a lrm highlander. If you multi shot with breaching shot you can hit up to 3 different targets with 1 weapon each and each will get the benefit of breaching shot, it's super nice.

Both of them are burn your mouth out spicy if you want and let you customize your level. Mouko has 10 levels and they won't let you get the top 3 on your first time there. Kikanbo has a literal "You will die if you eat this" spice level.

Thinking about it more, you really should try out Tenkaiipin. It's pretty unique as Ramen goes, it's from Kyoto. Your order should be "Charshuu Toko-mori Kotteri Ninniku ari karaage set" - Thank me later, and use the rice to soak up the last of the soup after you've eaten the noodles. Many...

First mission after I finish the game, head to Marik space, boom two Atlas in the same mission.

Final missions were kinda easy compared to the missions I'e been grinding. But the reward was TOTALLY worth it.

The catch is that the game isn't worth $12.

I've tried Tsuta but not Nakiryu, haven't had the time yet. Tsuta is good but I wouldn't want to eat it more than once. It's too.. fancy? They lost something when they tried to make it as elegant as possible.

No I haven't tried either of those. I generally don't go that far out of my way unless it's for something famous. If you don't speak Japanese, it's a good idea not to open with Japanese, because a lot of the workers at ramen places either don't speak English or are foreign with job-required...

Depends on what type of ramen you want to eat. If you want Miso, it has to be Sumire. If you want Tonkotsu, I like Mutekiya. For Iekei, you need to go to Yoshimuraya. For Shouyu, Shinasobaya is great. If you go to the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum you can hit 3-4 of the best in the country right...

Enemy reinforcements early in a mission are confirmed to be a feature and not a bug by HBS. Basically it's a "Oh shit our intel was wrong" - Darius will sometimes say something relevant about the mission about how he doesn't like not knowing the enemy forces, or that the enemy will have backup...

LRM Catapults exist but they are less common.

I approve of that, Ramen is one of my hobbies. I've visited about 130 ramen restaurants so far, most of the famous ones. I hope he plans to hit up all the best ones while he's here. He should look into Tori Kizoku as the type of Izakaya that western people really like.

All my pilots are 10/10/10/10, so on a normal world he can Alpha twice without overheating. 2 ammo packs is only 5 shots per AC/20, I'm actually tempted to put another set of ammo on him. If I can get him entrenched in water, or if it's on a cool world, hes gravy.

Jiro's Sushi is famous but honestly not the best. Look into making a reservation at Kyuubey or Sushi Saitou instead. I live about 5 minutes walk from Akihabara, which is weeb central, so I'll be happy to show you around that area. After a day walking around there, what you want is Yakiniku.

Taking out both legs will always give you two salvage, whether you take out the side torso or not.

I haven't had a single hard crash and I'm 60 hours in, but the delays on the UI definitely stack up over time. I just made a Highlander with 3xLRM20's, my squad is almost complete.

I'm running a LosTech Highlander, 2 Battlemasters and an Orion now. Took the Gauss rifle off the Highlander so I don't lose it and I'm using an AC/20 on it for now. Battlemasters specced out with PPC/medium lasers/Srms and Orion is dual LRM 20's. Ripping stuff up now.
