I've never really understood big ram amounts on desktops unless you need it for work. 32GB of ram is enough on any system not being used for work and in alot of cases 16GB is enough too. VRAM is good to have alot of if possible, i dont think 8GB is enough nowadays if youre cranking up settings...

I wouldnt bother with Ti models of anything - and if you arent in 4k i wouldnt worry about 12GB Vram either as most games wont hit it at 1080p or 1440p

Yeah I’m Xanxix in the guild, 1387 Pal, but kinda slowed down when I hit 1385 so I could get my Art up some. I want to see how Glavier feels to play before I dump everything into a second char to get to 1370.

Depending on pricing and driver stability i could see them being the entry level market. Generally when GPU generations release the entry level cards lag behind, so if Intel produces good entry level cards i dont see why they cant fill that void until they are ready for the high end scene.

New GPUs will make me finally upgrade from an 850w psu. Need to see if I’ll have to change cases from torrent for one that supports a larger psu.

Still gaming on my CX48 and cant imagine using anything else - Considering the QDOLED but not sure i want to downgrade from 4k to 1440p. I may do the C2 42 since it will be 144hz over the 120 but as its priced the same as the 48 i may just do another 48.

If used or open box doesnt bother you im sure you can find this for around 1500 or so - alot of 3080 laptops are now floating around 1900-2400.

Intel GPUs are only expected to be on par with a 3070 if that. 6900XT @1000 would be the best gpu purchase without equal at this point. The Red Devil Ultimate is the best variation of the air cooled ones but the ref card is no slouch and more raw rasterization power than a 3090.

Only Ti i could recommend would be the FE
