Yes you can build consoles in whatever base you want. Then when built just interact with the console and it summons the guy you hired to that location. You can have more than one base btw. There is a cap I believe but I dont know what it is.

I have seen vids on youtube on how to get them into droppers and how the GW paint pots are shit tier. I might start doing that. Every new GW paint I buy convert to a dropper bottle, or find another paint range to use and go with them.
