If your PS4 is ejecting discs try elevating the front of the unit. Put a penny under each corner, with nothing underneath the eject button. If that doesn't work you can open it up and physically unplug the eject button. At that point you have to eject the discs in the UI.

Often they get that certification and keep that build on there despite having 3 months (or more) of progress made after the disc version...
