The way it works is that when you get busted for hacking, they ban the KSSN from all of their games. You can only have one account tied to one KSSN, so after you get everyone you know who isn't interested in gaming banned (and the accounts lost) you're up shit creek.

While you can play single player Dragon Age on PS4 right now, you CANNOT complete (or even start!) any story quests that require you to make decisions. All you can do is collect bear ass quests - as of 11am PDT today (when I last tried.)
