Not yet. Looking at the perk list there's room for some bigger numbers and I expect we'll get a little bit of polish but there's just no way they bail on it all and launch another Mischief.

Summoned: Staff of Runes is the only genuinely reliable click I've come across so far that isn't a Staff of Temperate Flux. Everything else has such finite usage. If the server actually has big numbers or lots of assholes or both it will serve you better carrying around a level twenty wizard box...

You're more likely in a merge to get passives you unlocked versus ones you didn't but I don't know how much that is.

We need the FAQ to come out. Does an inability to damage or land spells on a locked mob also mean you cannot be on its aggro list or otherwise interact with it. My gut says you can still get faction hits but maybe not.

Probably? The strange part is the last bit - So the puller dies or the raid wipes and the process is for the NPC to lose aggro for X seconds, return home, presumably heal to full and THEN unlock as the last step? If it is possible to get on the aggro list as someone that is outside the raid...

You can just charge the crucible a little bit and get exp to advance your weapon. The difficulty scales up super hard.
