Most optimal aside from being powerleveled: Form a stacked group with people few levels above you, get them to Mino halls live side lguk near evil eye until you can move into a (always open) crusader camp, then 40ish(GRP avg) move to (almost always open) king to 50. Avoids all train shenanigans...
