nvm I got it to update, how does the find upgrades function work? I select the zone, raid etc then it just brings up a list of items that drop from there, most aren't upgrades to slots I have 660s in.

I got these last nightMeatmongers Gory Grips - Item - World of Warcraft 670 BOE heroic gloves, they bump me over 650 but I don't use them I have better gloves, should I sell them or keep them for the 3ilvl points it gets me, they go for around 12k.

What addons are must have for priest these days or raiding in general? heh back when I was playing really all there was, was recount / DBM /decurse / grid, and a couple easy scripts that literally healed for you (healing lowest target without actually targeting them)
