You can't do that, it's a burst spell. I mean you can kill the unit you know is the intended target of the spell, but you cannot kill it as a response to your opponent casting it.

It would appear that a levelled up Swain with two Citybreaker on board is pretty annoying for an opponent that can’t remove the Citybreakers. Having your 2 strongest units being stunned at beginning of each round is not fun. I’m just glad that I was the one with Swain. :)
