Rogue and Mage are top dps by a fairly wide margin (~20%) at extreme gear levels. All the rest of the dps are pretty similar, except windwalkers, who still haven't recovered from the last round of capricious nerfbatting. If you aren't going to be mythic raiding it doesn't matter at all IMO though.

For legion ? DK I think - death strike is being changed to use runic power instead of runes, so your dps doesn't go to hell if you spam it when levelling. Given how ass all the rest of the melee self healing is, I would not be surprised if they make death strike blood only though.
