I've had some campaigns where Archaon didn't show up until I hit like 70-something settlements. Not saying that's your issue, but if your save was started on an old patch, it might not be bound to turn 160. Save is probably just boned though.

I thought it was less about turns and more about the number of settlements. Unless you've already got something like 100+ you can try one of those easy confederate mods, confed with someone with a ton of land (if there is anyone of your race in that situation), and see if that trips the invasion.

Be'lakor is Warriors of Chaos now but has the Daemons of Chaos roster like Daniel? I figured they would have put him on Daemons of Chaos. With the superior roster options, why would you ever start with Archaon/Kholek/Sigvald? Guess we'll have to see how strong their unique faction abilities are.
