go to the discord and search for turn ins, bunch of people talk about quests that give xp.

Start gathering cotton and hemp, then turn it in at the lady in the blue something inn. Big xp and money. You can get lvl 3 in a hour of gathering.

What I want. 1 server. It's temp and changes constantly. Every 4 months it is wiped clean, reconfigured, and released as a new server with something different in its rule set from the previous one. These servers would allow for experimental server rules sets that don't end up as useless...
