They "improved" the AI some in 1.4. Depending on the level of enemies, they can be more tactical, moving to flank you, etc. At higher levels, it can translate into 100% aimbot powers or Usain Bolt-like running around from the mobs which is kind of annoying but at least a little change from the...

    Dunkirk (2017)

Saw a 5-minute prologue for this in IMAX before Rogue One last night. Looked to be just 5 minutes of straight footage, no usual trailer crap. Looked great and built a crazy amount of suspense.

I'm reserving official judgement until probably a second viewing sometime but right now I have it ahead of everything except the original trilogy. So #4 at worst. Biggest thing that bothered me:

Anyone else playing this? Just came out and apparently there was a decent following for the first one. Tap Titans 2 - Android Apps on Google Play I have a idle/incremental game habit but the gameplay loop for Clicker Heroes, my main game, is mostly solved now.

    Hearthstone

The updated from Reynad a couple days ago was very close to the Tempostorm Aggro Shaman list with the following changes: -2 Maelstrom Portal, -1 Finley, +2 Thing From Below, +1 Mana Tide Totem. I suppose you could say that Thing and Mana Tide make you more "midrange," relatively speaking. {{...

Skillpower adds to the base HP of the shield. It's not worth dumping points on Electronics to boost the shield, but if you have a Specialized backpack (what it looks like you might have) that adds about 20k skillpower for a very low investment which should give you all the shield toughness you...

I matchmake for story missions interspersed with solo UG runs as I gradually work up to UG lvl 40. Lexington Challenging is even more popular now that everyone is farming for a low drop rate chestpiece from there. I also started working the LZ boss runs into my routine and do those with...

    Tom Clancy's The Division

Really good guide here, written for returning players in 1.4. Replace WT4 with WT5 and gear score "229" with "256" and it's still pretty accurate. Ultimate Guide to 1.4

    Tom Clancy's The Division

Yeah I just saw the updated prices. $20 or 30 or whatever for the base game is a great deal. $40 for the season pass? Not so much. Despite normally voting with my wallet against pre-release hype, I got sucked in pretty deep into this game pre-launch, bought a new headset and everything...

    Tom Clancy's The Division

The season pass ended up being OK. In addition to the expansions, the benefit you get is 2x a month, you get a supply drop in the LZ. Fight your way through some yellows, get 3 pieces of loot. But you get so much loot now from other sources that it's a drop in the bucket now. As for...

    Kickstarters

It doesn't even have to be an ultra high-end game or even have a lot of KS exclusives to fetch a premium. Anything that was a "viral" Kickstarter has had a decent market and the KS prices are usually very favorable. Joking Hazard's Red Box was $45 or $60 for 2. I moved my extra copy for $75...

I wonder how much KDM 1.5 would re-sell for on Ebay. That would be a lot of coin to drop for extra copies though.

    Game recommendations

Your interests line up pretty closely with mine. Might be worth checking out the Tomb Raider remakes. They are on my list but haven't gotten around to them yet. That and GTA 5. Can also second the recommendations for Mad Max and Witcher 3. I loved Mad Max but it definitely turns into a...

For strictly Challenge Mode PVE, I think you are right. I don't think it applies to purple (veteran) enemies though. Most conventional wisdom says that the first thing you want on almost any gloves is +dmg to your preferred weapon though so that's what I went with.

    Kickstarters

Heh, yeah I found out you don't need everything from the KS embed tags, just the middle. Backed Massive Darkness, missed Gloomhaven, it looks neat though. I always find it interesting when chatting with other friends who are into board games with what they tend to back on Kickstarter. It...

    Kickstarters

Not a bad idea. I almost fired off a few rapid-fire posts in the Board Game thread since that's what leads me to a number of good-looking Kickstarters and there's been quite a few that have popped up this month after a dry spell. Backed this one. Looked like a nice little game with a twist on...

Yeah any set can drop anywhere now, but I think DZ is probably better in terms of quantity if you have a good crew. Higher risk/higher reward and all.

    Tom Clancy's The Division

Credits seem to roll in pretty quickly. I don't see a ton of good crafting options at the moment so I sell just about everything. Nearly 2 million for the 2 hard mode dailies, and then spend it all on caches looking for gear set pieces. The caches have PxC in them so they come in at a pretty...

    Tom Clancy's The Division

The loot drops fast enough you will progress to a mix and match set in T4 pretty quickly regardless, then it's just a matter of eventually getting your preferred set pieces to drop and tuning them. Someone wrote a really good guide here: Ultimate Guide to 1.4

    Tom Clancy's The Division

I wasn't quite as geared up. I was just over GS 200 before the patch and got knocked down to around 180 so I didn't have Tier 4 open yet. Tried to do a hard mode and the Underground intro mission but both of them were pretty brutal so I knocked it down to Tier 2 to do the Underground mission...

I plan on giving it another shot when 1.4 drops. I haven't been bothered to play since before the Underground DLC came out, even though they got me for a season pass up front. Besides smoother progression from World Tiers, (supposedly) you can actually make progress as a solo player again...

    Tom Clancy's The Division

I held out way longer than all of my friends who I started the game with, scraping along solo grinding HVTs for set pieces, but those announcements were the final straw for me. I'll check back and see if the DLC brings any of them back to the PS4 in August. Sucks too, the core gameplay is...

    Tom Clancy's The Division

It's slightly better than it was, the devs are slowly realizing that if there's a ton of RNG separating the so-so drops from the godly ones (still true sadly) then there's no need to have the layer of RNG to get the drops in the first place, so they give out a lot more high-ends now compared to...

    Tom Clancy's The Division

Definitely try the new patch. It fills in enough of the blanks that the game finally feels like something you could call "complete." The HVTs are a pretty good source of solo loot and progression and give you a reason to keep running around the PVE world after all the other content is...

    Tom Clancy's The Division

Honestly, the graphics, story, and underlying game mechanics are cool, but the solo experience is nowhere near as fun as doing it with at least 1 buddy. And if you don't plan on getting into the rest of the level 30 content, then there's really not a point. And I'm probably one of the bigger...

    Tom Clancy's The Division

I had scrounged together a regular group of 4 after the people I know IRL got me into the game and jumped ship early. We all took the day off and played the day the 1.1 patch hit. Only the very top-geared guy came back for 1.2 and as far as I can tell he only played a couple hours. It sucks...
