Quick play is definitely getting easier. Beta the day before and launch day I was failing most missions, but everyone seems to be much better now. At level 9 and won about 4 in a row. Usually 2 or 3 tomes and maybe 1 grimoire.

Found 2 small gems on the steam lunar sale. Kingdom Rush Frontiers - first one was one of the best tower defense games ive played, this is just as good. LISA - hilarious dark retroish rpg like a fucked up earthbound.

Is there a way to cancel some attacks into a block with the lance? I watched some lance kill vids and it looks like they are attacking and immediately in counter block after a hit sometimes, but when i try it it seems delayed.

I agree on the 65' > 55'. At that size the LG OLED is king now. Samsung used to have the best value with the KS8000 but LG can be found at good prices now. If you want to go even bigger, Sony has good options at 75' with the 940 series too.

I was inspired to upgrade my pi to a bigger sd card and add video previews to the UI. This is pretty much the coolest thing ever. I am using the Old Room theme from another video from the same user. It plays the video in a TV screen on a desk with the box of the game laying next to it.

I remember taking an entire day to beat this on NES with my cousins. Every 5 or 10 levels there was a little scene of one of the monsters hitting a state on the map to turn it black. We turned the entire US map black and it was so satisfying, then i think it just started over.

Pretty weak year if you dont particularly like open world games. Zelda was great at first but it got repetitive and I got bored after about 35 hours. Feels bad to not have a souls game. I guess I would pick Total War: Warhammer 2.
