The server transfers are going to be absolutely cataclysmic. They made owning territory way too beneficial. Every single server is going to have the 1-2 factions that don't have any territory transfer off. It's going to be a clusterfuck and I foresee much downtime, many bugs, and a lot of issues.

The Well Guardian main quest is cancer. Nonstop blight and it is way overtuned. Everyone is exploiting it, but it often resets and it takes about 20 minutes to kill. And you can't get into the cave once you've done it, so only people on the quest can help.
