Latenna the Albinauric is a good one, she doesn't move but she has an insane range and her arrows track....she has been invaluable for most open world bosses as you can plop her in a corner and have her just dish out constant damage while keeping a boss busy.

I got both of them on me then played keepaway around the large pipes at the bottom, they can hit each other when they attack so I just let whittle each other down before swooping in to kill.

I can not decide which trash enemy is more annoying between dogs and rats, rats come in larger packs, are low to the ground, and can be hard to hit. Dogs on the other hand are usually paired up with each other or a big baddie and just like to say fuck you to your poise if they can get around you.
