I played pretty extensively in multiple beta weekends and on the last beta I made it to level 23 in one weekend. Level 20 is nothing to sneeze at time wise.

Far as I am aware, you can play on any server with a code from anywhere. For live at least. For Open beta.. you might have to make a new account.

There hasn't been any queues in Beta I'm aware of, and of course a poll on reddit will favour the reddit selected server.

Glad to hear that about the goons. By people who have signed up on the guild spreadsheet and noted a server preference, Gilgamesh is the clear winner.
