It is infuriaring on heroic. I join a ton with strict ilvl and 20k dps requirements but every time you end up with 650+ people pulling 14-15k causing a 3% wipe. They get kicked and replaced with people who swear they can cut it but put out shit dps too. Neverending cycle.
