This game needs a whole mess of complexity. After playing only PoE for a couple years, D3 felt like checkers. They don't need to ape PoE, but they need something that makes you feel invested and want to continue investing. Blowing through a season in a weekend is far too short.

I think mana(non enduring), life, and quicksilver flasks are mostly ok. They are reactionary in purpose, but you can still keep a alchemist quicksilver up most of the time.

I think your method is better. Most of my tabs wouldn't sell, even when knocked them down to 25c. This is my first time trying this method, it needs some refinement. But even then, I had way more currency than I needed.
