Have you tried rolling back to an older set of drivers? Shot in the dark here but how are your GPU temps? Looks to be a GPU driver issue but the hard lock is odd. *edit* It's possible that this could be an AMD issue. Just a quick look around it seems the majority of people getting this error...

Awesome, look forward to your opinion on it. My eyesight is terrible now and my glasses are so thick I get asked if I can see into the future with them.

I'm tempted to get this to replace my LG-38GL950G-B. Only thing I'm worried about is the res of 3440x1440 at that size.
