I think you can try using Ursa, but I don't know how much teamwork is required for that to work. Ursa can shred lifestealer in a manfight and the lifestealer player won't be expecting it a lot of the time.

That 40% figure is for HSV-1 which causes oral Herpes, not the genital type (HSV-2). HSV-1 is the one that you generally get as a child (age 2-4) and a lot go undiagnosed because only ~25% of cases are actually symptomatic. Just because you've had a cold sore doesn't mean you have genital herpes.

I'd play whatever class you like, pretty much any class can solo with MGB buffs. Class shouldn't matter, you'll either be able to find a group or you won't in my experience but class wouldn't change your chances much (I'm still in the 40s though).

In my experience I've found that getting a client stuck on top has to do with alt tabbing while you're logging it in. I could be wrong but I don't think I've had that problem if I let each client load in on it's own.
