Pretty much this. We made p2 last night for the first time, so we are progressing, albeit slowly. My beef with this whole encounter is that we're banging our heads against the wall with somewhat insufficient dps, and the rewards will likely be superseded within a week anyway.

I would gladly do Mythic raiding, but I'm not gonna bitch about the lack of it either. My problem has always been having enough time to devote to that stuff. Family and other RL things come first and I still have plenty of non-raid stuff I want to do, so, yeah.
