I like my paladin for grouping. Raiding is mostly full of DT eating and stunning trash when mezzes break. Soloing just plain sucks, but they make a good duo class.

Honestly, I haven't grouped with many. Though zero complaints about the ones I have. LD is probably who I have encountered the most outside of AoS, OGC and PP and no complaints about them either.

Just levelling up via the pug life, I can say that OGC and Pixel Pirates tend to not know how to play very well and are generally more juvenile in attitude. Yes there have been needles in both haystacks but I generally don't group with either if I can avoid it. EoE and AoS have all been good peeps.

Mage would make for a more passive box. Really just need to send in pet for most stuff and dot with the shaman. Necro though excels when you need to break a more complex camp and of course undead will melt.

You can have decent success with any class + shaman. If you want to totally mow shit down though, shaman + necro or mage is a great combo.

If they merged LJ and RF and set up instancing I wonder how many people would leave. I know I never gave a shit about the bots. But knowing you at least get to do one full boss clear each week is too good to pass up for any "casual" raiding guild.

I'm going to play one. They are the best 1-50 tank and while they don't add a hell of a lot to a raid until they get the group heals, they're rare enough that you can suck up uncontested loot pretty easily.
