I think you are considering the wording TOO much, when there is a known bug involved. NONE of it is SUPPOSED to double dip. but it is.

herald of ash works for spells now as well. GGG's perfect never wrong or confusing wording. "inc fire damage" is from quality and global. "more burning damage" is local to the overkill burn only. "more spell fire damage" should be global.

actually some people are pointing out the wording. ".6s attack time", not attacks/second. so, actually, 1.67attacks/second. so, if thats true, thats even faster then the 1.2x20%more at 1.44 I was expecting.
