If you want a bit more functionality, there is Splashtop. I switched over to that from VNC and I went from the situation you are describing to being able to do missions, daily garrison running around, and occasionally I fish and / or go be semi worthless on the apexis daily. It is paid though.

While it is not a lot of fat, you could add Flaxseed to your shakes. I put a couple of tbsp into my shakes after workout because it has a nice fat / protein / fiber profile. Edit: Ground Flaxseed.

Yeah, I got an Endwyn's Toothy Grin or some such blue helmet. According to auctioneer that is a quick 10k gold. I feel like dumping the decent xmogs quick is pretty key. If blizzard truely put the most used xmog stuff into crates, the market will probably fall out pretty quickly.

While it doesn't net a lot of cash. L3 Salvage + Auctioneer has netted me around 15k gold from sub-ilvl 500 green / blue items. Hell, I got a purple ilvl 12 Robes of Insight that sold for 5k.

The number of missions I am getting seems to have slowed to a trickle. This is even while keeping a 90-94 / 95 - 99 follower around. Did some hotfix go in ahead of schedule? If this rate keeps up, 20 followers will be plenty and I will use something other than a barracks.

Yes, in AOE situations I believe. The more CC you do not use, the more damage DKs seem to pump out. I suppose that is true for all tanks. DoTs, Blood Boil, etc. just add up to a really good damage situation.
