    49ers restructuring Dee Ford's contract. I am pretty sure he is never playing again, so I will admit I don't really understand what this does. I am sure it is some sort of cap adjustment to help them this year though.

    49ers signing Verrett to a 1 year deal for 5.5M, worth up to $6.5 if he makes the Pro Bowl. Glad he is coming back, and I hope he stays healthy. Supposedly had a multi year offer on the table, but wanted to bet on himself and signed the 1 year deal hoping to get a larger one next year.
