You could probably macro it, but the game does provide some ways around 1-2 combo aids. It's called Spellslinger, and it just got nerfed... Poet's Pen works too for non league start situations. As does Kitava's Thirst. Spellslinger into KT is what I did last league.

Gem swapping is gay though. You'd have to swap out fork as well. Trickster fireball with flame wall supplemental should be enough into red maps. You could even toss a fire trap on the same links as flame wall for more boss damage. Then just respec into Assassin for Discharge.

I had a similar thought. Clearing with Armaggedon Brand looks like ass though. I was thinking Fireball Flame Wall Trickster to league start, respec into Assassin Crackling Lance Discharge with Stormfire.

Minions, totems, mines, party members, etc. Basically, any projectile that passes through the wall that wasn't fired by an enemy.

Directly, flame wall only causes burning damage. It adds flat fire damage to any projectile that passes through it as well as letting those projectiles apply the same burning damage to anything they hit.
