Raise can also be used to cheese a couple bosses. Undead Behemoth King comes to mind as the current highest difficulty dungeon I think. Have to fight him alive then dead but they're weak to death and raise respectively. They weren't too difficult without it but free boss one-shots aren't too shabby.

Belcher is essentially a 4 drop (shieldmasta) and a 1 drop (footman) for 5. A battlecry that removes a 4 drop and still brings a 4/5 is great. Consider the 4/5 stats on TBK to be worth 4 mana (yeti) and for 2 mana you get a removal of a 3/5 taunter valued at 4. Still a great deal.

Hunters in arena are more the style of players that are just bad. If you suck at arena there's always a moderate chance of getting 12 wins by drafting face rush hunter and most of those decks play themselves. Any class can draft nuts and get a lot of free wins but no one can do it like hunter...
