It's your level vs the mob level. Anecdotal but it seems like being max distance when PP helped. Master of Deceptions helps as well if you are sub as you are less likely to have resists since as a 60 it's like having the stealth of a 63 or something.

Yeah I made 95% of my groups on the way to 60 and a quite a few after, but at 60 it gets way easier for rogues.

Do you get experience from killing level 10 mobs at 60? No. You only get honor from players that are green to you and it's less than you would from equal level players. At 60 that would mean only 50 or higher give you honor.

No the only -honor comes from killing non PVP flagged civilian NPCs.

If combat is as nice as BDO, doesn't have the shit crafting system and the game is more PVE focused I would give it a shot. I can even take it being grindy level wise, but if I have to deal with crafting that breaks or poof items and spend entire months afk to attempt again....

Any class that can solo farm it can pull 80-100g/hour so there is no better place. Hunters can solo tribute. If you've got mining there is easy access rich thorium veins. Initially books will probably sell decent, but with our server economy who knows.
