Yeah, this just in: The Pharahs get better at the same rate you do as rank increases. The only reason they're not more popular is the skill ceiling on Tracer and Genji is higher.

Don't forget headshots. 30 hook damage + (25 pellets @6/9 damage each) + 30 meele damage gives a range of 210-360 damage for Hog's combo, with some variance for missing pellets and how many you land in the face. It's a definite nerf, don't get me wrong, but you're still going to kill anything...

Yeah. Old accounts a heavily weighted towards their past performance, so you really have to grind to rise in rank. If you've started fresh, however much you've actually improved in OW is reflected immediately. Lots of people have smurfs higher ranked than their mains.

Is there something wrong with the servers? Any time I play anything I suddenly get exactly 200 ping (normally 10-15), including the target range. I've rebooted my computer, router, modem, and manual pings to Blizzard servers get 10-20 ms.

To wall ride with Lucio you have to be hitting jump a LOT, and quickly. He probably finds M2 more dextrous and less fatiguing than using his thumb on Space. Watch his stream. He has his keypresses animated. He's basically wailing on jump constantly.
