I think at this point I've put more time into PS2 than any other game. Sure it has its flaws, but in a good platoon it's really fun.

The support for this game is nearing non-existent levels. I'm still enjoying it a bit, but it seems like nearly every zone is empty/abandoned on the new IoR server, because everyone is running the Agnostic dungeon repeatedly. I finally gave up at 30 and ran it a few times. Aaaand now I'm 83. lol

They wouldn't let me join, those bastages. In their defense I was on my level 3 alt. I'm in the same 'guild' I was in since 1999 original EQ, but right now it's pretty much just me and one other guy. Occasionally other people get super bored and come play on P99 for a few days.

I play part time on P99, and agree. You can't really 'help' newbies in most other MMOs. Here you can buff the shiat out of people, give them old used gear, or go 4 zones over and res someone who desperately needs it. You can also help them kill stuff (or KS but the community remembers)...

Welp TLE server is dead to me. Instead of fixing tanks, they break summoners. My pet now has 20% of the health it used to, and for some reason I (not my pet) mitigate 0%. That should make soloing interesting. By interesting I mean uninstall, because tanks are still broken as fuck on TLE.
