The RMAH didnt cause them to remove the gold AH as well with Reaper of Souls. Blizzard ultimately came to the same conclusion PoE has in that an Auction House is bad for ARPG gameplay. Well maybe not the gameplay but the addictive cycle the loot chase puts on players.

Its interesting you use Diablo 2 because it had the same 'fundamentally broken' trading system, even worse than it actually since the trade channels were capped at 40 players, and required a 3rd party website developped later on in its lifetime to trade effectively.

At least in hardcore its not hard to find an aurabot. Just look on the board and you'll constantly see some looking for groups publicly. More than accessable for an 'average joe'.

Yes they should. A player playing the same thing league after league is in no shape or form good for the game. Among the biggest strengths of the game is the variety in the build and feel of various characters and players should absolutely be pushed to explore that by a shifting meta.

The mettle change is alright but mostly because the difference between Bozja and Zadnor was so jarring. You'd go from getting 60kish mettle for a CE to 300k in Zadnor.

The UI will have the next job quest thats available to you listed right under the MSQ in the top left of the screen. Click on it and it should show you where to pick up where it left off.

Ya, I understand whats happening its just the feel of getting hit by something and not being hit by its animation.

For me its the floatiness of combat. Everything happens a second and a bit after its been queued up by the game. You can have a second or so left on your cast bar but still be able to move or the targeting for an enemies aoe be over while you are in it but you are well out by the time it goes...

I hadn't played since ARR and bought the expansion in the 60% off sale. It's not hard at all, the game basically holds your hand through the entire process with the only thing you can possibly fail being when you are forced into group content (dungeons/trials). It will take a lot of time though.

Just skip them all and the game gives you a way to watch the cutscenes later if you are at all interested.
