I got mine like a minute after leaving to go to work! Would of liked to have gotten it all patched for when I get home but oh well. Do you know if you have to register the new code that comes with the psn key if you are already in pc beta? Have a few people looking for a pc key.

There is a thread on beta forums that seems to indicate keys went out to every region EXCEPT NA at the moment.

On the ps3 you could log into your account on a friends console and dl it to the HD like 5 different times or something like that. No clue if that will still work next gen yet though.
