Patch notes said they reduced repeatable quest cash. But looks like they didn't touch the Frostfang seas ones. At the end of the entire quest line, there's a pair of repeatable, easy to do quests that net you almost 2 gold when you hand them in. Which at lvl 15ish is a lotta money...

Try ESF+Shotgun with thermals. In all but 96v96 fights it will:

Incorrect: Needs to be 'Goner' ! Servers are down with a patch. 'Repeatable quests will now give a reduced coin reward.' It was probably a bit out of whack, the pair of repeatable lvl 15ish quests in Frostfang gave almost a gold each. Can't imagine what the later level ones were like...

I'll give this game credit. Even when I'm horribly outmatched, I take a while to die. A group attacked me, and I had time to get off an AE earthquake and at least stun/annoy them for 3 seconds :P I love the longer TTK. I intend to give this a fair shot in a good guild assuming I can find...

Don't get me wrong, I had a lot of fun in Rift. But each expansion, while adding lots of content, seemed to just hurt the game more. Hybrid classes went right out the window (especially for pvp), and any interesting synergies people found were quickly nerfed until the only build worth doing...

PvP isn't too bad, even when higher levels come gank me I don't die instantly, so there's that. My conjurer feels slightly OP, the pet is again ridiculous. I'm 15 now, send me a tell I'm on as Greene :P

I wish the other directive weapons had fun gimmicks like that. Not being caught off guard via reloading is quite an awesome perk. The only tradeoff is what, lack of a foregrip I think? What OP builds do people run with and have fun? For infantry, I've been having a blast close range...

I logged on today, and there were 0 decent platoons on NC. If that happens, normally running solo is boring, but spawning an Air to Ground ESF and finding small fights to farm is quite fun.

LOL, The Airhammer has gotten me more Hackusations in a few hours of use, than my entire 2 year span as a TR.

I made it all the way to Skellige, the infinite ??? littered in the water turning out to just be 500 smugglers lewt caches turned me off. Try to do every sidequest, some of them end up with epic storylines.
